Edge Business Strategies, founded by Mike Hutson, was created out of his passion for helping business owners overcome the issues and challenges preventing their companies from reaching maximum potential. In a world teeming with advisors, it isn’t easy to find ones that have real hands-on leadership experience, with a full understanding of what it takes to manage day to day operations while simultaneously making change for the future.

As an experienced leader, Mr. Hutson’s diverse background includes manufacturing, distribution, logistics, technology and other commercial businesses. Extensive training and experience in “Lean” operations management, a heavy operations focus, combined with his financial expertise provides a truly unique perspective.

Utilizing a strategic team-oriented approach, the Edge Business Strategies difference includes our ability to create practical laser-focused business plans and initiatives, serving as a catalyst to drive results.

After 35+ years of leadership experience including 20 years in the CFO Chair, we understand the operational aspects of various entrepreneurial businesses and have worked through many economic and life cycles.
